Hire any other company but this one. 1. They never answer the phone. Or call you. 2. 2 minutes late for the zoom class and they did not let my daughter in. Yet instructor late all the time 3. Driving instructor barely speaks english.
This place is so bad we started laughing at it. Now I need to hire a competent driving school. 😡🤦♀️

I took 10 driving lessons at 911 University District, and overall the experience was disappointing. The instructors I worked with (I’m happy to share names privately if needed) had a harsh and impatient teaching style. Since I was already nervous about driving, this approach damaged my confidence rather than helping me build it.
After switching to a different driving school for additional lessons and passed the test there at my first driving test attempt ever, I realized that my fear of driving wasn’t the issue - making mistakes is a normal part of learning, and I was treated with patience and encouragement instead of being talked down to. That contrast made it clear how unhelpful my earlier experience had been.
While the scheduling staff was polite and I’m sure there may be other instructors with different teaching styles, I wouldn’t recommend this school to beginners or anxious drivers who want a supportive and confidence-building learning environment.

I had Andrew Richard Reeves as my instructor on 12/22/2025 road test. He deducted points and said I didn’t stop on sidewalk when there clearly was no sidewalk on the intersection. Andrew is stupid there is literally no sidewalk there. This school is a fraud. I don’t think he even know knows what sidewalk means.
Embarrassing how is he even qualified to do his job. He is a fraudster do not take classes from him.
Andre simply lied guess he can’t stand himself.
Asked team to review footage they won’t show it to me.

David Chen is the GOAT. I did the 30 mins warmup+ drivers test. He was super friendly and calming which was very useful as I had a crappy experience with IDA Driving school (do not recommend).
He was very thorough with all the things to keep an eye out for and how to do the exam as I already knew how to drive but IDA failed me.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE 30mins+test package with DAVID!!!!

Fantastic instructions and super convenient place to take a written test and/or road test if you happen to live nearby or study at UW, it is located just north of the campus. Highly recommend!!

I went to this school to do both my knowledge test and driving test coming from overseas. Great experience - professional, understanding and fun. Everything was on time and fully explained. I highly recommend this school and will be sending my teenage daughter there to start her driving journey.

This is a great place to learn driving and take the test. Coach David Chen is an excellent coach—patient, clear, and very effective at pointing out my mistakes and teaching me how to correct them. Highly recommend learning with David Chen!

Absolutely recommend instructor Joshua Chan. He gives detailed and clear instructions with great patience. If you feel stressed about driving, he would nerve u down, give you the confidence to be a mature, safe driver.
