The nurses have been great, and I like the receptionist because even though I don't visit often, she checks me in quick and even did it for me from just seeing me yesterday for my appointment at 11:20. I checked in just after 11. The wait times suck a bit, but that's not the problem for me.The problem is, I am a victim of domestic abuse from my mother. Dr. Lawrence has consistently over the last 5, this appointment being the 5th, appointments brought up me reconciling with my abusive mother and at one point spent 30 minutes of my appointment rambling about how I should talk to her, get back in touch, etc.He compared me being abused to his parents getting a divorce and...read full review

I change CHI Franciscan for this place, and I have to say I feel way better.They are way nicer, the receptionist seem to be a bit cranky at the beginning but probably just having a rough day.The OB and the Ultrasound Tec super sweet.

Service is great!! But Not very happy with my calls everytime I call and give my name the receptionist speaks to me very rudely for no absolute reason.. it’s every call I’ve made and given my name and will automatically recieve a change in her tone and attitude. It’s the same person and idk what her issue is with me. I really don’t feel happy with this clinic because of her poor costumer service. You shouldn’t be working for a place that involves you to speak and communicate with people. Pregnant women are very sensitive and hormonal and it’s not right to be mis treated. And it’s always everytime I call.
