I was not able to see my PCP on Thursday, Oct. 6th in an emergency situation. Met with a substitute doctor who was kind, professional and informative. I did explain, however, due to my pain level that I needed to pick up my pain med at Walgreens just one block away from the clinic. I waited at Walgreens for TWO HOURS to pick up my pain med. During this time I made two phone calls to the clinic and the pharmacist also phoned and was cut off. Pharmacist suggested I just drive back to the clinic, which I did. This is totally unacceptable.

Positive experience going here for the past 4 years as my primary care practice - nothing too exciting, just 4 physicals and 3 small problem visits, so haven't had to wrestle with anything very urgent or complex billing problems, so take my review with that salt. The nursing staff and Dr. Eller have all been great. I had a lot of blood drawn on a recent visit and the woman drawing it kept me at ease and was very friendly while siphoning off my life force. Dr. Eller remembers little life details I mention during visits and brings them up the next time I see her. I've been really pleased with the care she's provided me. Dr. Brelsford takes such good care of our dad! We couldn’t be more pleased. Most importantly, our dad is happy. He says he’s never worked with a Dr. who’s as kind and caring as Dr. Brelsford. We just learned two of our other family members see him as well now we’re thinking we all may just have him as our primary family doctor if he’s seeing new patients! :) Thanks for all you do!
