While it wasn’t a pleasant experience to have my sister’s car towed away unexpectedly, the people we talked to today (Jeffery and Nick) were very pleasant. It wasn’t a cheap mistake at $451, but at the very least, they were nice when we came in. So thank you for not making a bad day worse!

The car auctions here are ridiculously expensive! People be bidding them up way too high, it's crazy! Besides the auction tho I don't have any kind of knowledge on the rest of their business.

Ibsen/MAC did an awesome job!! My SUV was on the 5th floor of the underground parking garage in need of tow. They have one tow truck for tight spots like theses. Daniel who could pass for Seth Rogen's brother showed up to bail me out big time. Super knowledgable with mad driving skills. This is the dude you want if space is at a premium.
