I met with Dr. Salva for an evaluation, and it was pleasant. Followed up by an appt with Anne Corley (dietician) to discuss goals and steps to achieve them. I was feeling hopeful after these first 2 appts.However, the next time I came for an appt, I found out it was canceled. They said they called me, but there wasn't a missed call or voice-mail. The dietician needed to take medical leave, ok, I get that. They rescheduled me for the next month. I arrived at 11:15 for my 11:00 appt that I’d been waiting for since November and instead of having empathy for my busy, stressful morning the provider messages the front desk admin to say I would have to reschedule, Claiming to have a strict policy for rescheduling, after anything more than 15 minutes late Which is funny since I was not more than 15 minutes late I was 15 minutes late and didn’t have the opportunity to call the office and let them know because of all the busy stressful things I was dealing with that morning .So instead of honoring the remaining 25 minutes of my appointment, this provider selfishly Chooses to charge me for a missed appointment and...read full review

Unreachable. All calls go to voicemail. Been trying to call this clinic for a few months. Don’t understand why no one answers. Me leaving a voicemail each time and receiving a callback is unacceptable. I’m calling when I have downtime at work, they will call back when I’m no longer available. This is a business and should have someone available at all times.
