Always a great experience. Ann gets me in and out quickly but never makes me feel rushed and always asks questions about my skin goals. The staff is always friendly and patient. Everyone who works here is extremely knowledgeable in their role. I appreciate them all!
I can’t recommend Eterna, Dr. Kim, and his entire staff highly enough. I have been a patient for many years, and I can depend and trust the people who are administering the services. The results are effective and satisfying. Dr. Kim is kind and patient. I am so thankful we have this gem of a business/office here in Puyallup. It is worth the trip from wherever you live for the competitive prices, beautiful and comfortable surroundings and of course most of all the quality of services and the knowledgeable and professional people.
I have received several BBL (broadband light) treatments with Carissa, and she is a consummate professional. I appreciate the well-maintained laser equipment, the cleanliness of the office and how thoroughly Carissa addresses skin concerns. When I leave my appointment, I feel cared for as a client and I see the visible results of the treatment starting to work its magic.
