I’ve had such a great experience at Cascade Eye & Skin getting Botox from Elizabeth Firmin, and I can’t recommend her enough. Elizabeth is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and takes the time to really listen to your concerns and work with you to achieve the results you want. She always makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the process, which I really appreciate.
Tara, the tech, is also wonderful—so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she adds so much to the overall experience. Every visit feels professional yet personal, and I genuinely enjoy coming in. I would absolutely recommend Elizabeth to anyone considering Botox or aesthetic treatments.
I have been going to Cascade Eye And Skin for many years now I see Dr. Fu, she is a retinal specialist and she is fabulous and it’s awesome that from the front office staff all the way to the surgeon they’re always smiling. They get to know you, they know you by name you couldn’t ask for a better place. I would highly recommend them. Your eye care needs and even your skin care needs they have you covered. I use them for my skin care needs and they keep an eye on possible troublesome areas. I experienced a wonderful eye doctor appointment today. My annual exam bcs my eyesight is challenging to correct - double vision. I saw Dr. Chen for the first time and she was wonderful! Her assistant Shaina (from India) was also so kind and helpful and prepared me. It took no time at all I got my prescription and left in about 1/2 hour. Thank you!
