I had a new dishwasher installed by a different plumber and everything was great for a week. Then, even when not running, the dishwasher started beeping and displayed an error code. The code meant water leak. There’s a drip tray with a sensor under the dishwasher and when it collected any water I had to 1) turn power off to the dishwasher (unplug at back of under my sink) and 2) disconnect the sensor and 3) pull out the drip tray to empty it, 4) undo all previous steps. This got old immediately. I had to get on my belly on my kitchen floor to reach the tray. The space is so tiny. They sent someone out the day I called to replace the wax seal around the toilet that was leaking--professional and honest, a Kitsap County family business. Would definitely use them again and will recommend to friends.

Wanted to change out some old water valves before our new dishwasher install. Got a couple qoutes, pretty high. Trueman came in at the lowest. Devin was on time and explained what he was doing. It took an hour and even put in new hoses. He also checked our water pressure before he left. Will definitely keep them as our go to and will refer friends and family. This was an overall good experience.
