From the supremely pleasant reception lady to friendly and professional nursing staff they made an otherwise nerve wracking and unpleasant surgical procedure feel like a trip to the day spa

I loved the whole experience excepting the wai for my appointment, however I understand that I am not alone in this, since my situation was non emergent and diagnostic. Dr Adike is an amazing human. She cares, listens and has helped me tremendously with my GI issues. As long as she is in practice she will be my GI doctor. Also I really like that a lot of things were able to be taken care of by text and email. This was very convenient, since we are all very busy people.

When called with an arrival time there had been a miscommunication and I was scheduled early. When I explained that I had requested late morning because that was when my driver was available, they made that happen. Thank you. Having just been there 15 months ago (for the same procedure ) I did think my record would show my request for full sedation NOT LIGHT but . Be vocal if you need to. ALL Staff are great and caring.
