Randy just set up my new computer and did a terrific job. He's extremely knowledgeable, gives you many happy tips, and is a very nice man. Besides all of that, his prices are very, very reasonable. You cannot go wrong using his company.

Called in with what turned out to be a small problem, my PC just outsmarted me. He talked me off the ledge, outright told me he didn't want to charge me for such a small bit of work, gave me relevant tips and tricks and what to look out for. I followed his lead, and everything fired up just fine.Fantastic service, great at returning calls, very personable. Just looking for a reason to come in and pay him back for saving my day.

I would like to thank BSD Computer Services for an outstanding job that they did for me. I had a water cooled PC which was only a few months old, but unfortunately out of warranty for workmanship. It had sprung a leak in the cooling system. I contacted BSD about repair and they agreed to fix it. The service and response I got from them was outstanding. On several occasions they contacted the original manufacturer to get parts which were still under warranty, and insure that the correct repair processes were being performed. The old saying 'Going the extra mile' definitely applies here. I can't say enough for the professionalism of BSD.
