The foot care I received at the Port Orchard Kaiser on December 4th was probably the best I have ever gotten, hands down. I have had many care treatments in the past and this last time was the best.

The MRI techs are absolutely amazing, the kindest warmest people who helped me; a claustrophobic nauseous mess handle her first MRI like a pro! I felt so comforted and at ease every step of the way. I reccomend this location for your MRI especially if you are claustrophobic! They take great care of you!

Appointment made very quickly after using online tool first. Everyone there was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable. Very little wait time.

i called the office yesterday 07/30/2025 at around 4pm to see if i could get someone to give me any about an MRI picture of my heart that the doctor ordered for me in Poulsbo which was performed nearly two weeks ago ... never heard a response from any person ... the person who answered my call yesterday was as rude as she could be (more attitude than i could handle).. saying i can only schedule you an appointment sir... I cannot help you with your results or get you to a doctor ... you must schedule an appointment .. finally she said ok ill look through your chart to see if i see anything i can tell you (thank you is said) ... she put me on hold .. I held for 30 minutes and i finally hung up ... no follow up call or any other notes for anyone to follow up with me im very disappointed Feeling left out in the cold karl
