Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente Olympia Medical Center

Dr. Blackner is the sweetest provider ever. He took care of me back in February, he listened to my concerns. Him and his staffs really handled my concerns with care. Olympia urgent care team are night and day difference. I live in Puyallup and Olympia is the only urgent care I would ever go to.

I unfortunately had to go to urgent care last night and was impressed by every employee we encountered, from the security guards to the person and the admission desk, the triage nurse, the RN and the doctor. They were nothing but kind and despite my being the one hurt, the RN took such thoughtful and gentle care of my daughter who was upset about my injury, giving her food and turning on a movie to distract her. The doctor was kind and explained everything. I'm not sure I've ever felt compelled to give and urgent care or emergency room visit five stars, it's usually miserable. I am taking a moment to leave a positive comment (not to air some perceived grievance), because I think KP deserves applause! I want to express my deep appreciation for the high quality of medical care that Kaiser Permanente offers, and then expertly delivers. I have a ridiculous number of health problems. Virtually every system is a mess, which means that I also have raging depression and anxiety, as a bonus. But Kaiser Permanente takes excellent care of me. I see a group of doctors, and each specialist is well-versed on the various conditions I have.
