Helen is one of the best, She listen to you about your pain. Digs right in. I have been on the receiving end of some of vigorous studying. To just figure out the best practice to treat you. Helen has a huge heart and cares about your wellness. I would recommend Helen highly.

I've only had one session so far, but it was excellent - I felt very grounded and calm afterwards. This is very different from your typical Swedish-style spa massage - Helen clearly has a deep knowledge of how the body works, and she incorporated that into the session very purposefully to address my trouble spots. I particularly benefited from the breathwork that she had me do as part of the session - I had not realized how powerful deep, diaphragmatic breathing could be. Her studio is very tucked away - I initially drove right past it and had to circle back - and peaceful.
