Dr. Woudstra is fabulous! We love having this satellite building in the 98502 zip code area. So helpful! They even have a lab, pharmacy, and radiology unit and they're on the bus route. Having at least one mental health counselor on site would be a very welcomed next step. Between this and having the public library right inside the mall (which is only a block over) really helps to make bike riding a much more doable option.

My husband and I have been a member of Kaiser Permanente for several years and my experience with Kaiser has been very positive. Several years ago my husband chose Dr. Keep as his doctor when he was working at a different hospital and continued to stay with him when he joined Kaiser. A couple of years later I too decided to chose Dr. Keep for my doctor and we both could not be happier. Dr. Keep truly listens to his patients. Asks questions and believes we know something about our own bodies. We've never felt we are being rushed or ignored. He is an outstanding doctor and we have recommend him to several of our friends and neighbors. One day I asked the blood tech what she thought of Dr. Keep and she replied he is exceptional because "he listens", and I might add he "cares about his patients". I'm glad Dr. Keep is in the West Olympia Kaiser. Great location. Easy to get in and out.

In the words of our nurse, they're more a clinic than a hospital. We went to Urgent Care but when my mom tested positive for Covid, we had to drive down the street to Providence St Peter's to admit her into the ER so she could get the last Covid treatment available. Nice staff, but having to change hospitals mid stream was annoying.
