Furnace was making clicking sounds and was struggling to turn on heat. I contacted G & G, and Joe Borders, a technician came on the same day. He was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and came up with a solution that did not require additional cost. I am very pleased with the outcome and thankful for Joe’s expertise and professionalism. My heat quit working on Thanksgiving morning and I am grateful for G&G coming to my rescue! My technician Joe was polite, professional and figured out the issue pretty quickly and fixed it for me. The staff I interacted with on the phone were polite and communicative by way of voicemail & text to confirm appointment. They made it very easy for me to get it taken care of. G&G installation techs installed a new American Standard 2-stage furnace for me today. They were at my door at 8:15 AM, the work went smoothly and was finished well within the promised time frame. The techs (Dylan and Chris) were polite, focused, good communicators and explained everything I asked about. All in all, it was a fine experience.
