At least two of these reviews have nothing to do with the company as people assume we are connected to companies with the similar names we are not please review the company responsibly and google does not allow us to take fake reviews off. Gotta love liars you know who you are.

What delightful place to find your forever home. We are extremely excited to began the process of picking everything out! Del and Cindy have made it so simple for us to make a decision to buy from them!

They sell both modular and mobile homes here. It was nice having a number of models that we could go inside and view and talk over the different options that were available with the employee that escorted us. While modular homes aren't for everyone, they are built much better than in years past and with 6 inch exterior walls they are very energy efficient. The cost per square foot seems pretty reasonable for those that are on a budget and looking for a new home.
