Zack Davis cleaned our hood vents system today, and he went above and beyond what was expected of him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and hard-working. I watched Justin really scrub the hood and 18 inches up the vent above. I understand that the bad grease is expected in just the lower vent where he cleaned. Time will tell if any grease further up the column will cause oil drip. What can be reached from below by hand and short handled scraper is super clean. Fingers crossed that this cleaning solves the problem

Apex Hood Cleaning came out and cleaned our hood this week, he worked in the kitchen with one of our dishwashers for a lot of the night.
