Whidbey Tech was able to locate the problem that was causing our lags and solved it to include the phone problems! Love this team and their expertise!This was not an easy fix, but I was impressed by how the Whidbey Tech team continued to review what was creating the problem, kept me current on steps being taken to fix the issue, and then found a way to complete the remote scanning ability I needed! Service was great! The service tech was professional and personable. He took the time to explain what he thought the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He followed up as he said he would, and I was happy to report that we had not had any more issues since he made the changes.

No need to look elsewhere for technical services, because Whidbey Tech Solutions is the only place you need. The staff is knowledgeable, will respond to your questions, and your life will be easier with them as your tech support. My issue was taken care of within minutes, and right before the holidays!!
