I had been through several IT service companies trying to keep our computers and servers running. For years, we never could seem to find a reliable company that would take 100% ownership of our network and provide not only extremely responsive support to down situations, but also exceptional proactive management to prevent down time. Enter Dataworks Consulting, and our wishes were fulfilled. It's like they are part of our team (and they are). Because our network is so much more reliable now, this has resulted in significantly less down time, which means higher employee morale and efficiency.
