I spoke with Sid from Sistina Floors about polishing the concrete floor of my basement and had a very good experience with him. He cares about his work, and explained clearly the steps of the work - including prepping the floor, how they would fix potential problems that could arise after the first couple of rounds of grinding the floor, and how the staining process works. He was also very forthcoming about what the finished product would look like and had very good examples of past work when I had questions about my floor. I would highly recommend Sid and Sistina Floors for your concrete polishing work!
I called three company's and this is the only one that could answer all my questions and that knew the whole process through and through. He took his time and made sure every detail was perfect. My garage floor looks amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone.
We've had our new basement and garage floors for a month now and are so happy we went with epoxy & Sistina. The floors look fantastic and Sid did a wonderful job!
He spent 2 long days grinding the 100 year-old concrete to smooth it out and patch the cracks. There was remarkably little dust in the house due to the HEPA filters used. The whole project took 5 days.
