TLDR: Generally good experiences here, but management *desperately* needs to check in with one particular stylist on customer service. (Also, like… is she doing okay?)
I live out of state and will often come to this location when I’m home visiting family. I’m not picky, and have had perfectly fine and affordable haircuts here, and lovely conversations with the stylists.

Haircut was exactly what I was looking for. Reason I keep returning to this location is because Jamie is so talented and always gives me exactly what I am asking for. Great customer service experience as well, longer wait times than other locations but they always check in with you and keep you updated on your place in line. Highly recommend this location and Jamie as your stylist, they go above and beyond.
Hair type: Natural hair, somewhat thinner with a short pixie cut and fade up the back
I've had my hair trimmed, gotten bangs and went from long hair to short and so far I am yet to have a bad cut or stylist!!!! Everyone here is amazing and so friendly and informative!!!!
Stylist: Melody was amazing! I have always had longer hair and wanting to go short! I showed her my inspiration pic and she walked me through the steps and changes she thought would work better for me. She also gave me ideas for different ways of styling!!!!
