My experience with the True-Blue team was excellent from start to finish.I chose to call them, first, after canvassers visited my neighborhood -- they were polite and respectful of my time, and didn't push too hard. I appreciated that.When they came out for an estimate, there wasn't any hard upsell -- the problem areas in my roof were clearly demonstrated so that the need was obvious. Brit was extremely helpful when he came out to do my bid as he explained everything and showed me several issues that I was not aware of.5 stars !I got my bid the day after I called and he quoted me the same day.

My husband and I just purchased a house and are shopping around for quotes from reputable companies in the area. We stumbled upon True Blue and have been pleasantly surprised by our interactions with Mike and his crew thus far. They answered all of our questions, gave us honest feedback, and didn't try to upsell products for a bigger profit.
