Kristy was so kind and knowledgeable when helping me fix my charging port! I asked them about a problem with an older phone I had and they seemed to know the issue right away which is very impressive!
Sebastian is great. Very friendly knowledgeable, and straight to the point. Offered advice on what I should do if what he did didn't work. Helped me reset my phone, and didn't charge me for a quick fix. Highly recommend
I had a battery swell in my phone, which ruined the battery life, split the phone screen from the back cover, and is generally very dangerous seeing as it is a lithium ion battery swelling. The folks at uBreakiFix assessed the issue, luckily had the battery I needed in stock, and had it fixed and back to me in 2 hours.
