My experience with Jesse From Roto router was phenomenal. He took his time to explain the entire situation to me Enable me to make the best decisions for my family and home. He emulated his expertise in plumbing by explaining to me the process he was conducting , the tools he utilized , and elaborated upon the deficiencies of the work that was done to my home’s plumbing prior to me purchasing it.
Our 90 yr old house had a plugged sewer line. I called Roto Rooter who responded quickly. They had to have several different techs come out as the 1st one didn't have the necessary equipment in his truck. By the end of the day they had it flowing again. Three companies scoped our line and all three said it is a plumber's nightmare. Unfortunately digging up our old badly deteriorated sewer line is complicated by a nearby gas line and 3 downspouts that tie into it.

Jesse was absolutely amazing in his service and professionalism . Took the time to educate me on my system along the way and left me more knowledgeable and got my system up and running like a charm. Would recommend Jesse and roto-rooter in general to anyone experiencing septic or sewer issues
