Giovanni was SO helpful with our drain blockage. From calling Roto-Rooter to him showing up and fixing the problem was less than 2 hours. He was extremely detailed in explaining the issue and providing us with our options. We are very pleased with his work and helpful personality! 10/10 would work with Gio again (although hopefully we won't have to)!

Ray/Florin was great. Very efficient. Very honest. It only took him a few minutes to snake and clear out the shower, and he arrived shortly after my request on the same day/morning.

I had an urgent plumbing issue and Roto was able to get out to our house within a few hours and get the job done right away. Reasonable price and quick labor. I would definitely use them again!
