It’s my first visit and massage therapy session with Lynnwood Family Chiropractic and Masage Clinic. So far sa good! Customer service is great from the minute I walk in. Jini is so efficient, friendly, and helpful. Tiffany is my massage therapist. She addressed all of my issues in a really professional manner. She provided many information on how to take care of my issues at home and while working. Such wonderful session. I can’t wait to feel even more better on my next sessions.

I have been going to Dr. Sim for about 9 months now. I was having lots of tightness in my neck and mid back. I had started a very physical and demanding job and now my back and neck are doing great. I enjoy the adjustments to keep me flexible and able to do my job. Dr. Sim was also very helpful after my daughter got in a car accident. He was able to get her in for X-rays and work around her busy work schedule. I am so thankful for this office and the staff.

Dr. Sim and Jeannie have been welcoming and kind each time I have been to Lynnwood Family Chiropractic. I have had noticeable improvement in my back and neck pain that started after an injury over ten years ago. Dr. Sim did x-rays during my first visit, then at the second visit he showed me the X-rays in comparison to a “normal” spine to show what he aims to correct, which I found fascinating. My only complaint (which has more to do with my insurance company than the business itself) is that my insurance doesn’t cover the masseuse who works there!
