Earlier this year, I had a virtual nutritional wellness assessment with Cassandra at Integrity Skin Care & Wellness. The appointment gave me some helpful insight into my eating habits, weight loss goals, and areas where I can make better food choices.

Cassandra is one of the most knowledgeable persons I have come in contact with when it comes to the biology of skin and skincare ingredients. She understands skin on a cellular level and is vastly knowledgeable on how ingredients interact with skin, and therefore their effectiveness or ineffectiveness. Cassandra is just incredibly smart and approaches skin and skincare in a scientific, holistic, and accurate way.
