I don’t normally write reviews, but this place in Alderwood and the therapist I had totally worth writing a review for. I didn’t ask the name of the therapist which I should have, but he was wearing a mask and appeared to be younger among the rest. I originally stepped in for shoulder and back pain relief that I had for a long time. But he went above and beyond my expectations. He went deep into the tissue, so not just the surface got relived, but I could feel that deep muscles got relived as well. Cannot say enough amazing things about Better Massage! I went to Alderwood for a massage to relieve some bad shoulders muscle tension,he goes deep into the tissue and releases pain and tension at many levels with his Chinese traditional deep massage. I’m always very relaxed and hopeful that my body is on its way to full recovery. I would highly recommend this place.

My masseuse was a guy who did mosyly good but I didnt like the way he applied pin poinying pressure on my spine. Please say no to such massages, they are not chiropractors anf maybinjure your spine. He even did some twists to my back by pulling me back towatds my back which my physical therapist nevwr did and said sometimes we might end up doing too much and that will hurt. So just be careful in those areas otherwise it was good worth it. While.my daughter didn't like it as much.
