Four years after Loon Lake Gutters installed gutters, we were having an issue where the leaf guard screen meets the roof line. I contacted Loon Lake Gutters. Joe returned my call the same day, then arrived onsite same day to take a look at the problem. He returned the next day and resolved the issue. Joe didn't charge for the service and declined to invoice us when I requested a bill. This is a company owner who stands by his product and service! All good stuff!
