i just have to rave about this company and their customer service. i had an issue with my door but it was way past warranty. it was an easy fix but they needed to send someone out to my house. They came today and fixed it and no charge or grief. Emily who answers the phone and is part owner was so helpful and kind. it's hard to find business that still care about quality service and products, so hats off to The Pet Door Guys for being a 5 star company :!

Best dog door ever. We purchased the “in the glass” door and it is amazing. We ordered a size large flap/opening for our medium Rottie mix when she was alive and now surprisingly our xl Bullmastiff uses it too and loves it. Very sturdy as they charge through it with toys. It was a process as we live in Canada and had to ship it to a US mailbox service then carefully drive it back home. A local window & doorcompany helped us measure for it before we ordered and I read carefully and watched every video as this is an investment for sure. Don't ever measure and order a glass, window and door product and then call a professional installer and expect them to make it fit. Call the professional to do the critical measure first. This is a great product. Don't expect a company to take back a product that they custom made for you that will fit no other opening. I've installed this product flawlessly. It is the safest pet door on the market and you aren't giving up any opening space for the people in the house.
