I greatly appreciate Epic Physical Therapy's front desk for responding quickly and attentively to my emails.

Through the emails, I was able to check and verify my mother's insurance plan coverage, get a Korean interpreter, and once again appreciate how they met my specific request by providing a list of available dates for my mother's first appointment (03/08/2024 at 2:45 pm).

My mother's first session went well; she was able to have an initial evaluation as well as begin moving her left arm since her vehicle accident (1/17/2024), and she was able to book the necessary follow-up appointments owing to the kind and lively front desk and clinic staff~!

This place is a 10 out of 10. Epic physical therapy in Lakewood is a family friendly place great energy and personalities along with comforting and well experienced workers im extremely grateful they were able to work with me and get me back to where I was before my injury. Thank you everyone at Epic :)

I’ve been to numerous physical therapists and massage therapists over the years. Epic’s team has surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for hands on, first rate care.
