We had a leaky roof and it did some water damage to our wall and framing. We had the roof tarped and started taking bids for the roof. During the inspection for the bid, Yires Roofing found issues with the flashing around our chimney that was still allowing moisture in. They temporarily repaired it for free, and then put in a reasonable bid. Most importantly they were able to start within a week, when most roofers were scheduling for May. They finished the work ahead of schedule and completed everything they promised to. And they did a great job with cleaning up, which given the amount of nails they used wasn't easy. We are 100% satisfied with the work.

We are very impressed with everything about Yires! I'm so grateful we had them do our roof replacement and it turned out beautiful! I'm an old roofer, too old to do my own roof so when I say they did an impressive job, I do know what I'm talking about. I first met Dana who is the project manager and a lot more than that. She had everything delivered on time, and ready for the two hard working roofers, Emmanuel and Eduardo. Man, those guys know what they're doing and they do it unbelievably well! We hired this company to replace the facia and gutters on our house and they were so great to work with. From start to finish, each encounter was respectful, professional and kind. The crew was wonderful and they did a fabulous job in short order. Dana, the job manager was excellent with communication and kept things running very smoothly. We are very happy with this transaction. Our gutters are working beautifully and they look great.
