Such an incredible experience with Kayla at Ruff! We took in our farm dog for his first ever groom and we had a lot of concerns. Kayla did a phenomenal job explaining everything to us and took great care of our dog. We could not be more happy with our experience. Highly recommend!

An incredible experience for our super shy boy. He came home smelling so good, and super soft. The best part he was Happy for the rest of the day. That has never happened when leaving any other place we have had him visit, vets, stores ect. Looking forward to our future visits here.

Elicia did a wonderful job on my standard poodle Lenny! She was quick and promptly contacted me as soon as he was ready. She nailed the requested cut and even communicated some raw paw issues (from allergy-related licking). He went home fresh, clean and handsome as ever. So happy to have found RUFF while we are stationed here. Excited to see more of his little “boots wit da fur” next cut!
