I was very happy to get on Ruchi's waitlist and got in to see her the next day due to a cancellation. She carefully examined the injury and paid close attention to my history and situation, and provided clear guidance for how to recover and return to training. She provided good exercises tailored to my fitness and the injury. She encouraged me to update her with progress to adjust the plan. She carefully watched me do various exercises and provided great feedback to improve my form. I recovered faster than expected, thanks to Ruchi's great care. I highly recommend her.“
