Nathan was wonderful and explained the work that needed to be done in simple terms. He was very patient and answering all my questions. He offered to see if we qualify for a PUD rebate. Always keep us informed. Plus, the staff was very helpful. All around would highly recommend this company.
Zach came to our house and checked insulation throughout house. He did a thorough job. He was honest in his assessment and let us know the current insulation is good. I would definitely recommend them for any work in the future. Thank you Zach.
I'm so pleased we went with Specialty Insulation NW! Pam at the office was super responsive, friendly, and professional. When I first contacted them seeking information about spray foam insulation, Jimmie called me personally and told me about the product. I had previously had insulation man-splained to me by a competing company, so it was refreshing to be treated respectfully. We had the walls and ceiling of our basement spray foamed and were happy to discover that they also did the underside of the stairs!
