First time having a house cleaner and I'm already set up for regular service! It was easy to get an estimate and schedule online which I appreciate as a busy co-parent. My home has never been this clean!

Shay did a fantastic 3-hour clean of my house including two bathrooms and a kitchen that are now sparkling, and did all the floors and appliances! Couldn't have asked for better service!

Rain City has been taking care of my mom's apartment for months now. I've been very happy with Rain City from the start but am hesitant to review a service too quickly as the excellence doesn't always last. After so many months with this company, I can say both mom and I are very happy with them.Mom has had several different cleaners, and all have been respectful, polite and done what is expected of them. Communication with the office is personable and effective. The prices are reasonable too. Online billing and tipping are very easy to use.After an extensive online search and use of another agency, I'm relieved and happy to find a company I trust and am happy with.
