I have been to see Adrienne three times I believe, and was asked - at the last minute - to reschedule two of those times. The first time I was promised a free treatment that was never given. The second (and last) time this happened was around the holidays for an appointment I had booked probably a month in advance. She told me she'd fit me in the following week instead, but then did not respond to my messages attempting to find another time. After being nothing but nice, always tipping well, and giving her the benefit of the doubt for quite a while, I was left scrambling to find a new stylist at a really busy time of year.
