I had a hearing and ear pressure test done. Audiologist was on time, thorough and explained the issues of my ear infection in terms that were more understandable than what the MD had told me.
From the first moment there, it was all a positive experience. We were able to joke and have fun. I was almost immediately escorted into the sound booth. Abby did such a good job of letting me know what she was doing and what to expect. All in all, it felt like a very thorough hearing test. This was my first one so I didn't know what to expect.
The staff is friendly and has a depth of expertise in problem solving the many issues related to maintaining good hearing. I'd highly recommend them to anyone with hearing challenges.
