I injured my back in the military around 2008 and have relied on stretching and cortisone shots since. Due to the diminishing returns on the cortisone injections, and solid recommendation of Anne, I decided to give acupuncture a try.Eastern medicine is not something I had any interest in. I do yoga, but simply because it keeps me limber. Frankly, I didn't think I would get anything out of the acupuncture, but I was in enough pain to give anything shot. Anne is a skilled practitioner who delivers a personalized acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment during every visit. Her office space is calming facilitating a relaxing ambiance.
