I’ve had a wonderful experience with Pure Water Northwest(PNW). I originally purchased a system from a national water filtration company, with little understanding about the complexities of water sourced from a well. I quickly realized, six months after purchasing the national company’s system that it was inadequate for our well water. They simply did not understand our local water.That’s when I called Pure Water Northwest and discovered their expertise in working with our water conditions. The best service experience we could expect. After finding we had contaminants in our well we called and got an appointment to have another test and filter system quote done. The site survey and tests were exactly as expected and a filter capability was quoted. The order went in that very day for an install after the holidays. Couldn’t ask for any better experience.

Dominick was awesome! Very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. He changed my filters that hadn’t been changed in long time. I will have Pure Water change them every 6 months.
