The chiropractic work has been good, but my 3 star review is partially based on the fact they are always running late. I am usually there anywhere from 45min to an hour for a 10 min appointment. This is my third chiropractor and the long wait times are not normal. (For context, I’ve been going about a month with a couple appointments a week and am usually earlier in the appointments so it’s very frustrating).
I also tried acupuncture once and would give that a 1 star. Very awkward encounter. I had to ask twice for directions to the acupuncture area, when I went to it the person never introduced themselves and immediately started asking vague questions... read full review
Appreciate the expertise of Dr. Pearson, Dr. Tyler and Rehab Therapist Mike. I came in with debilitating migraines and am grateful for their knowledge, compassion, patience, humor and take home exercises/recommendations! So thankful for the IG sponsored ad that came across my feed. It pushed me to call. 10/5 stars!
First time coming here. I had a chiropractic appointment at 5pm and an acupuncture appointment at 6pm. I arrived at 4:40ish checked in, started filling out my paperwork, and placed it on the counter right in front of the receptionist who was sitting on the right side when I placed it there. I shoulda handed it to the girl I’ll take the blame for not placing it in her hand! I sat down and waited for my name to be called, never got called for my chiro appointment. The acupuncturist some how knew who I was so she said “I can take you a littler earlier!” I had told her “I’m supposed to have a chiropractic appointment first” then the same girl from the desk approached... read full review
