I had work done by MFI a few years ago, and ended up downgrading the project to my "musts" for carpet replacement, and MFI was great and that they worked with my budget. They came out, and did the job quickly and the result was great.Now, I was looking for total carpet replacement, and recently reached back out to them to see if I could acquire a quote for replacement of all carpet. Matthew C. was the rep that was assigned to my request. He was very responsive, replying within minutes to all my questions I had. As a Community Manager of a 450 unit complex, MFI is by far my favorite vendor for flooring in our units. The price is comperable and even less than many of the competetors and my rep, Leo, has incredible communication and customer service. I feel appreciated as a customer and have never had any issue with quality or availabilty. My rep has even asked permission before having one of his newer employees train in one of our units and assured us he would be supervised. Of course we had no problem with it and were not dissapointed with the outcome.

As a property manager, MFI is my go to vendor for flooring replacement needs! Josh goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smooth for us from start to finish. I highly recommend working with him and MFI!
