The front desk staff, nurses and doctors are wonderful!! I have had trouble getting my kids immunized there at well child visits due to refrigeration problems and the lab is out of stock of test supplies which has had me have to reschedule and come back for needed lab tests and vaccines. That has been frustrating.
I've been going to this clinic in Kent for several years, and it's my favorite doctor's office. The location is close to my home, and they have LabCorp on premise.
The reception staff is friendly and efficient. I've also been very happy with the support staff. My doctor Gia Hemmen is great. She takes time to listen and I know she stays current with medical advancements, because she shares things relevant to my care she learns with me.
I love this place and all the professional people who are there as well very very respectful and caring they all are great awesome people, definitely would tell a friend God bless ? ?
