About Kaiser Permanente Kent Medical Center
Kaiser Permanente Kent Medical Center receives mixed reviews but has seen some positive feedback lately. Some customers praise the care and helpfulness of the doctors, particularly Dr. Lehman and Dr. Zoe. Visitors have noted that these doctors take their time and address all concerns thoroughly, fostering a friendly atmosphere. However, there are still concerns about the pain experienced during blood draws. The cleanliness of the facility is appreciated, and while it is located in a rough area, the center itself remains clean. Issues with appointment times and a lack of mask-wearing by staff have been mentioned. It is still recommended to check the website for information on appointments and COVID-19 guidance.
I was absolutely delighted with my visit today. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted pleasantly and everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. The doctor took her time with me and addressed all of my concerns ( there were a lot) I’m so grateful that she was able to put some of my major concerns behind me. I thank everyone
My rating is for Dr. Lehman. She is an absolute gem. If you are in need of a new primary care provider, she is it. She is kind, listens to my concerns, and provides a thorough explanation of all the options. She provides supportive solutions and does not pressure me in to one direction or another, focusing on what options will fit best in to my life style. I am so happy to have moved to KP and have Dr. Lehman as my primary care provider.
The providers and everything else seems to be really efficient for me as a patient. The pharmacy system is just where it feels like a nightmare written by Stephen King. Pharmacies close mega early, hard to get a hold of them, sometimes you have to wait a whole day to get a prescription filled, if you pay for same day delivery you get it next day if you order in the afternoon. I just tried to speak to my local Kent Pharmacy and had to be transferred about 3 times to some generic pharmacy line. Why can't I just speak to that specific pharmacy?
