I'll admit, when I was looking around for a massage therapist, I was a bit suspicious finding Jamie's business with all five star reviews but I scheduled an appointment anyways.Jamie is the best LMP I have ever had. I have been seeing her for several months now and every appointment I leave feeling so much better than I arrived. She is incredible attentive to making sure that your issues are addressed, which is especially important for someone like me with chronic pain. I don't know for sure which I enjoyed the most, the education or the massage! The massage was great and eased my pain but the education has helped me lower my pain every day. I was in the Seattle area visiting my Grandchildren and family. If I lived in this area I would take advantage of her knowledge and expertise weekly but I'll have to wait until the next trip to the Seattle area. I can't wait!!!!Thanks again for all your help!

I have had back pain since a accident where someone ran a red light when I was 19. Now at 35 I still struggle with a stiff back and have tried everything from ice packs to acupuncture. After my 1st session I felt normal for the 1st time in awhile and am only a few sessions in (will update review if anything changes) but I couldn't imagine not coming back here not only have the massages really made me feel better but advice I got on how to do little stretches really have made a difference as well.
