In response to florin’s review. I am the daughter of that patient. What isn’t told in that review is that cady was doing a tissue donation transfer that was time sensitive and I was ok with whatever time they were going to be there to pick up my mother because cady had cremated my moms father and we wanted to have cady cremate my mom too. The nursing home was rude to cady and called them heartless when that is the furthest from the truth and they didn’t say anything to me about there being a issue over what time cady would be picking up my mother. My family and I appreciate the help we received from Michael and others at Cady last year when my father passed away. We were guided through the whole process. My father passed away at the VA hospital, and between the VA, Cady, and the National Cemetary, my father was well taken care of. The staff answered all our questions, and Michael met us at the cemetery with my father's ashes. I am calling them today as a matter of fact to arrange for my own cremation for when the time comes. I've recently seen too many families, my own included, who have to try to figure everything out when their loved one passes.

I have used them two times in two years once with my 23 yr old son after a car accident. Then when my Mom passed most recently. The people at Cady really went above and beyond to help with all questions and made sure we were informed. I am so pleased with the service we received from them in this most difficult times in our life.
