I wanted to start a membership for my family but opted not to after realizing that this clinic doesn't care about health promotion as much as they do making money. I was shocked to find out that they wanted my mother in law who has moderate Alzheimers dementia and spinal stenosis with sciatica to pay for an individual membership at full price! As a nurse practitioner, this shocked me because they also provide primary care services. How is it possible that they don't offer senior discounts or take such conditions into consideration? It's pretty obvious that they started their primary care practice only to be able to stay open during covid. Its such a shame... read full review
I've used Pacific Clinic as a non-member for almost a year before finally joining several months ago. I was looking for reformer Pilates in the Tri-Cities and this was one of the only options. My instructors, Jolene and Liz are top notch. They each have their own styles and are focused on students learning and development. As a mom of two small kids, this self care is important. I added a small group weight training class with Ruby and can't say enough positive things. It's challenging in the best way, once a week, I push myself for 1 hour and have fun. MY GOOGLE REVIEW OF PACIFIC CLINIC: PARENTS, take caution signing up your children for "Adventure Camp" which is Pacific Clinic's summer day camp. My 8 yo child told me that he saw TWO NAKED MEN walk by on his first day of camp when going into the main men's locker room to use the bathroom. The camp counselor was present, but understandably, they cannot control or prevent adult men from walking naked in the locker room area, which is where the restrooms are located.
