Northshore Eye Care provides exceptional service and treatment. Patients receive personalized care, including comprehensive treatment plans for conditions like dry eye. The friendly staff are knowledgeable and caring, taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions. The office is efficient, and they can even fix broken glasses quickly and at no extra charge. The doctor here was very caring and listened to symptoms, taking extra time for a thorough exam and explaining test results. The staff are wonderful and greet patients by name. Roger, the eye glass fitter, was the best, and the optometrist was organized and quick. They have a great selection and a very professional staff, providing excellent service and quality.

This was my second year having an eye exam with Dr. Walker, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and gentle, and she takes the time to pay attention to every detail.
I always feel well cared for and never rushed during my appointments. The staff is also wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and professional. Overall, it’s always a great experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Walker and her team.

I have been going to Northshore Eye Care since the mid 90's. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr. Walker is absolutely the best. The staff there I cant say enough good things about them. They treat you like family. I truely believe one of the best Eye Care offices around.

Dr Thunya Walker and her staff are very kind and I felt cared for during my visit. I have been to a few optometrists and finally feel that I have found one that I will return to again and again.
