I'm really comfortable with this office. I saw Liz this time. I really like her a lot. She paid attention to what I was saying. Once she took care of my issue, she even asked me if there was anything else she could help me with. I appreciated that. Being listened to is a big plus.

Check in was quick and efficient; receptionist was very hospitable.
I had a very short wait before being called for my appointment.
Again a short wait until Doctor MICHALAK came in. He was very efficient and helpful.

Dr. Michalak has saved my skin and my face in more ways than I can count over the years, then six years ago, very unfortunately, my insurance changed and I had to find a new derm. I got out of the habit of going to Dr. M and boy do I regret it. Dr. Michalak's office caught cancerous spots that I couldn't even see. Currently, I have a spot on my nose I have been extremely concerned about for over a year, that no less than FOUR different medical professionals in Bellevue have had their eyes on, none of whom caught it. My insurance changed and so I made a bee-line back over to Dr. Michalak.
