Arianna did an amazing job on my brunette balayage! I booked an appointment online, sent her some hair pics, and she replied quickly with her thoughts. She was lovely to meet in person and spent plenty of time chatting with me about specifics and explaining the type of technique she'd be using. She was quick & efficient and even used a sensitive shampoo & conditioner when I mentioned that I have skin issues. Very much appreciated!Everyone I spoke with at the salon were friendly and the booking process online was seamless. I loved my experience at this salon. Erica is so professional and truly exceeded my expectations. She communicates well leading up to the appointment, ensuring that all questions and concerns are taken care of. She had complete control over the service and was vocal and clear about the process.
