I really wanted to give this place a better review, but the service process has been rough. After weeks of calls, emails, and back-and-forths just trying to get warranty work scheduled, I’m still waiting for my refrigerator issue to be resolved. The timeline keeps getting pushed out — now looking at another 3+ weeks, and with the holidays coming up, that probably means next year before it actually gets fixed.
To their credit, someone finally stepped up and got me an ice maker to help in the meantime — and I do appreciate that gesture — but it shouldn’t take that much persistence to get basic warranty support.
I'm giving four stars only because the customer service is flip floppy here meaning you can go in one day and get the worst service ever and they don't know the computer system obviously they're new or they haven't been trained and just got shoved out there which is kind of messed up but you can go in the exact next day and have someone very knowledgeable very sweet very nice like I had today so it just depends on what day you go in there but otherwise they have really cool products anything you need for an RV or a really cool travel trailer they they have everything you need they also have a servicing area for your RVs and travel trailers.
